Like to highlight that this is eactly what to do - call and have them remove the FF number, then log in and add it if you see a field.
Calling and asking for it to be swapped is often going to end up in a thread in a few weeks time titled "QF wrongly credited my miles to QF, and I wanted it to go to BA, what do I do?"
