I cannot believe that people are finding excuses for this kind of language.
I get that lots of long-term, loyal frequent fliers hold some sort of defensive nostalgia for BA, but the replies here are dismissive, going beyond banter and bordering on bullying.
There are always two sides to every story and interaction and the truth in the middle. I personally cannot imagine a BA crew member saying “well what do you want then” but maybe I’ve been lucky on flights.
With a post using the passive aggressiveness that the OP used, realistically what were they expecting the response to be from the FT community? There is a way to speak on here.
