Comments: NUA cleared at T-5 to a Studio Suite and when we check in we were profusely thanked for being a Titanium VIP and upgraded again to the highest category Master Suite on the top floor near the Executive Lounge. Seems there’s not so many elites here. We were late arriving so we missed the evening lounge service but got a voucher for two drinks in the bar and breakfast in the buffet + 1000 welcome points. The lounge had coffee, soft drinks, and packets of snacks in the day and seemed like a nice space. Service was excellent in the hotel but the food we ate in the evening in the bar was surprisingly flavourless except for the wildly over-salted steak which was disappointing as there is nothing around the hotel so you have to eat there and this was our first meal in Brazil and I really was looking forward to some authentic Brazilian meat.
