Hi everyone,

I am struggling to get my TG ROP number recognised on LH/LX/OS flights. The number is deemed invalid when I try to add it to any of the bookings. The way around is showing the card in the app for lounge access. However, I am missing on being able to use the Fast Track, and other benefits. Has anyone experienced similar issues?
