Welcome to Flyertalk and to the BA forum. I couldn't find out any more about this. The same aircraft, G-XWBK, is down to do today's service, and she hasn't been anywhere since Sunday morning. So it could be a technical issue that took longer than normal to fix. I doubt it was crew shortage simply because they tend to go across multiple services, but I don't actually know for sure.
