Agree that's their MO - but I would guess the process to sell off the assets will be a multi-year one. I can't see them being able to sell more than 2-3 of the Playa portfolio properties each year. An acquisition like this does go against the "asset light" approach they've been emphasizing for years (and continue to emphasis in the press release).
