AA Flagship lounge. Also that is where I would go for any rebooking assistance.

AIrside is essentially all domestic, as everyone there from an international arrival will have cleared immigration. So the procedure to exit is simply follow signs for Exit/Baggage claim.

I'd reiterate the ITI advice. It is a separate tag, coloured red. Unless you see it put on the bag, don't assume it will be checked through. Once the bag is in AA's hands, you can track it through the booking in the website/app.
