I'm not sure it is that simple. I think the FA's are in a similar situation as the pilots. The current system favours people with long tenure who get to bid on the most "desirable" flights that optimize their income leaving the junior FA's the long days filled with short hops. No way the long service FA's are going to accept a lower hourly rate in exchange for all hours being counted because they'd be the big losers.
