Additional flights:

Took 1 on the 3rd Dec, another on the 4th Dec.
Avios posted on the 9th Dec, but no tier points (credited to BA).
Chasing that up at present.

Took another 2 flights on the 12th Dec and nothing yet after 11 days.
If nothing after Christmas, I'll be chasing them up as well.
