I just had:

"We are delighted to inform you that we have decided to renew your Club Premium membership for 2025.

This gift to you, for your travel with ITA Airways in 2024, will enable you to keep enjoying the exclusive benefits available to Premium Volare members"

I had half a dozen flights but not enough for renewal. I wonder what this means for LH?
