There’s also a Jones the Grocer upstairs now, I haven’t been but it gets good reviews.
the Louis Vuitton cafe looks great aesthetically, I can’t eat most of the food due to dietary requirements but it’s nice for a drink (if slow). My other half loves the crab salad.
Sure, you can get some free slop from the SEN lounge when it reopens if you like, but it’s hardly a gourmet heaven.
Okay, thanks for mentioning the Vinery, will check it out. I do think the SEN food is not good. The discussion wasn't about the SEN, I was referring to the satellite lounges. Sure, they are not very classy, either. But neither is the convenience crap at Yo!Sushi or LEON or the high-calorie bar food at places like The London's Pride or The Big Smoke Taphouse. Admittedly, I had a fish-n-chips at Big Smoke Taphouse which was alright. But you were going like "I fly out of T2 at least once a week and usually go to one the restaurants..." Personally, I would not care paying a premium for that every week. The Vinery's menu also looks fairly uninspired to me.
