It's been 6-8 years since I last stayed here. Booked a studio suite and that's what I got, despite in the past always have been upgraded here. I know, it's not guaranteed but let's just say it's been very rare for me.

Housekeeping has deteriorated a lot since my last stay. On the first night, they replaced supplies in the bathroom but didn't do any cleaning. On the second night, I left up the do not disturb while having breakfast and they slipped the card saying, "You missed room cleaning so we won't do it unless you ask" under the door at 11:30am or so. Lots of hotels use these cards but this is by far the earliest I have seen it used, rarely is it done before 2pm. Complained to the front desk and got excuses.

They gave 2 bottles of water at checkin and then no more despite stay length (5 nights in my case). I asked for more and they agreed to make an exception but it never showed up.

Other than that, the hotel was fairly similar to my stays years ago. The room is in good condition. I do like being able to have the included breakfast in a regular restaurant. Curiously, the menu was 85% identical to the previous Hyatt I stayed at (Newport Beach) but cheaper if you were paying for it.
