Stayed at the hotel for a quick two night last week and was really impressed with my experience and overall I would say it’s the best Andaz I have ever stayed. Used a SUA to upgrade to the 1 King Bay View Suite and room size was extremely spacious and Tony Chi really did a fabulous job with the interior of the room and also hallway on each floor. The only complaint I would say is when I was requesting a transfer service from HKG (where I landed) to the hotel, they gave me an eye-popping 2000 RMB one way price quote and I ended up using the trip.com and managed to get a Toyota SUV for 625 RMB.
