Nice hard product in the rooms with good finishes (lots of hard wood also), great spa and good location. The suite I had here was almost too big (150 sqm) and they are good with upgrades for GHA status members. Service was too formal and a slight cut below luxury to me - I’d put it on par with Sukhothai, St. Regis, etc. and below the bottom tier of proper luxury hotels in Bangkok (which is PH, WA, Rosewood etc.).
