I have queried this with *E team who tell me that is normal.

The credit SP does count for Banked Year and Gifts, hence them still showing. But yeah once Credit Card hits 40% for the relevant tier stops counting for that tier as need 60% from AirNZ flights (and qualifying partner flights).
