Looks like this may turn into some sort of battle between senior/junior pairings.
Hopefully the union understands, fixing the unpaid work issue will mean lower pay for the paid work.

The union is putting a lot of $$$ behind this issue.
Didn't seem to be as much of an issue with the pilots.
No one should be expected to work for free. When I travel for work, my clock stars when I lock my front door, and the clock stops when I walk into my hotel room at the other end of the flight. Expecting FAs or Pilots to do labour for free is barnyard droppings.
