With that set up you can order a larger Grab (which took over Uber in most of SE Asia) or GoJek - you need to go to the designated Grab / pick up zone. It's all clearly signposted. There are no surcharges but surge pricing is in effect.
You can also get a taxi at the designated taxi stand - when you get to the front of the queue, there is an assistant. Tell them how many people and bags (usually I find it helpful to point at the bag as they don't always get that a large bag is a large bag if you know what I mean) and they will either direct you to a larger vehicle or call one for you. There are a number of surcharges to be aware of $8 for airport pick up and then a 25% surcharge on peak hours.
My experience is to check Grab and if the cost is higher than $30, I would then probably look at getting a taxi.
