the FA asked one of the parents to have their child sit and buckled for landing. said child had prviously climbed on top of the J console to touch the lights above. While on final approach child gets up and jumps on seat. parent puts pone arm across while scrolling phone with the other. FA had already sat and didnt see this. it was ridiculous. this is YYZ-AUH
