Want to know how I know that at least some CYs are switching out their bottles when empty? Because the 39 North body wash is almost always in the new bottle style, the shampoo is 50/50, and the conditioner is nearly certain to be in the 'we didn't test this with anyone above the age of 25 before noon' original font & color.
