Qantas, the global leader and expert at overselling seats it does not have, bumped off my Business Class seat last night (SYD to HNL) and moved me to an economy seat.

This was done without notification and without compensation. Pathetic. This practice should be illegal - they already collected the fare and are trying to sell more seats under the deceptive policy that they need to protect themselves from 'No Shows' (remember they already got paid for these so called No Shows). This is just corporate greed baloney and Australia Gov needs to step in. DON'T FLY QANTAS
