I think you will actually need to *call*, because chat "AI" may be A, but it's not I. You can see above that the answers pertain to the 30th of December. It is quite likely that there already IS an animal (or two) booked as PETC in Economy cabin, and therefore they can't accommodate any more, since there's a limit per aircraft, and per cabin.
