A pop-up screen appears asking for my account info, and then the offer page appears. My discounted price is $768 USD for 110K EQP.

I assume the purchased EQP can also be used towards reward stays (i.e. immediately increase points balance), but can someone confirm that? This is In the T&Cs "EQP Points are not refundable and are applicable toward all IHG One Rewards redemptions.".
