I'm applying for Chase Bonvoy personal card.
Get the email "You received a new letter" which is assume a rejection.
But I cannot find the actual letter in my Chase account anywhere (neither under Checking nor an existing Chase credit card account) and also nothing arrives via postal mail.
I called Chase, they also told me that the actual letter should be in the mail.
How do I get access to the letter? I'm right now residing in Europe (but have U.S. mailing address), just trying to find a solution without having to go to a U.S. branch.
