Thanks. From the wording I'd be inclined to think no too but BA considers Euroflyer and Cityflyer as BA for the purpose of being operated British Airways. Same goes for Iberia Express and Iberia Regional operated by Air Nostrum operating as Iberia.

I see Emerald as a wholly owned subsidiary doing business as Aer Lingus in exactly the same way. Unfortunately it's not out of the realms of possibility for BA.com to be extremely poorly worded and written for full and complete understanding, hence the question.
