You need LH to reprint your BP to see your DB seat assignment.
At the DB lounge they didn’t want to let us in - apparently the BP needs to show ‘operated by Deutsche Bahn’ - luckily the United reservation showed that, so be prepared to show that for lounge access.
Thanks for this update. Hopefully goes just as smoothly for me this week. Also just realized that I've been flying LH J upgraded to F though FRA for a few years, have not had a remote stand to deal with - will be a change!

Quite a trip today, more than 2 hours late after their newly reopened line to Mannheim broke down completely - they revered the train, went back and over via Darmstadt - what a mess. Now let’s see if we get any comp for that nonsense.
Ouch! But nice to know we'll get an "F" seat for our big one hour train ride!!
