So I managed to maintain Platinum after gaining it in summer 2023. And I will manage to maintain it until summer 2026. Following months will show whether I commit for extension until summer 2027. This year has been one of the bussier ones considering that all my flights are leisure ones. I intend to maintain at least this intensity as long as I maintain Platinum benefits. This year has been also very strong regarding status matching opportunities, so for the first time ever, I have elite statuses in all 3 major alliances. Therefore I am going to try some AY/OW competitors in early 2025 as I already secured 40k+ tier points that are critical for maintaining Platinum.
