Not sure if you can still get a hold of the export file from AITA, as they completely closed down a few weeks ago. If you can manage, the AITA .txt export file can be automatically imported to LogMy.World (LMW). If not, you could download LMW's Excel import template and manually add your flights there according to the instructions provided.
