The fact the BA site here - https://www.britishairways.com/conte...about-the-club - makes specific mention of "Aer Lingus operated flights" would lead me to believe that it does not include Aer Lingus Regional services operated by Emerald Airlines. Otherwise it would probably not be so particular with the wording... I'll see if I can find out more and if so I'll come back with an update.
