The Empyreal suite is a very large, true suite, but there is only ONE on property so availability is almost impossible. It is accessible so the bathroom reflects that (roll in shower with curtain, etc.)

I checked numerous dates in 2025 and the earliest I could find an Empyreal Suite available was in July, and then only on limited days. Personally I'd rather have the upgrade be to a worse room and actually be available than one that is a better room but requires reservations 6+ months in advance. So for me unfortunately this means one less property where suite upgrades can be used easily; there are very few in NYC at this point I think.
