Not sure if it is caused by the fact that I have been redeeming during my stay, but the app booking bonus points have never posted automatically. It requires constant chasing with CS who take almost 2 weeks to respond.
On paper the program is attractive but the execution on both property and program level is poor.

Exactly and to add insult to injury, this was the first stay for the platinum at this property and the 6th stay for the Titanium so clearly Platinum is not a higher value customer. Plus, Titanium always charges dinner in the restaurant on top of the property to the room so it's always a higher spending too.
Plus, Platinum got a 1500 late checkout without a problem and Titanium had to fight for a 1400 late checkout because "we are fully booked and really need the room".
Poorly run property clearly, but it's fine, I will take something else next time.
