I did point that out in comment #4:
Note that January is winter in Israel and it can get quite cold and rainy in Jerusalem (there is even a slight chance of snow). Dress accordingly.
Anyway, the temperatures posted above are for Jerusalem (and will be similar in the Galilee mountains). In Tel-Aviv (and along the coast) the predicted highs this week are in the 18-20C range and sunny, with rain forecast from Saturday.
