Not much in terms of real sightseeing to do in that timeframe -- battling the visa (do you not need a visa at all, or need only a visa-on-arrival, which requires standing in a separate line and paying some USD in cash?), passport control, and taxi headaches -- but if you just want to kill some time, you could go to CityStars mall.
