Any Jerusalem neighborhood that could be problematic is not where you would be heading. You do appear to,have a serious misconception that no one picked up on. You wrote, “ as well as enjoying warm weather during the Northern winter. ” there is absolutely no guarantee of warm weather in January or February, As an example below are predicted temperature ranges for the next days ( and it’s still December!)
