UX flights will credit to Suma within 24 hours. Haven't tried with partners but I'd give it 72 hours. If it still hasn't appeared you can request mileage credit through this form (you will need to log into your Suma account).

Suma does not support family pooling, as far as I know, and each member will earn miles separately and can only use them separately.
