  • Go up Ropeway to Mount Inasayama
That will depend on weather. Might have to move things around on your plan. E.g. you land at NGS and go to Nagasaki station and the weather is good then you might want to go to the mountain first

No, that is too far from Nagasaki. IDK about the other sites listed

If you are thinking of a particular time then you should check the tide table. And sunset time, too, I guess.
