Which seat to choose in Premium Economy ? Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner

Hello,

Next year I will be flying to Japan for the very first time.
I chose ANA because it is the only airline that offers direct flights from Brussels (Belgium) to Tokyo (Narita) and I didn't want to bother with a stopover as my first experience with airports and planes.

As I have some back pain (light herniated disc and sciatica), I wanted to opt for Premium Economy and maximize comfort compared to Economy class for a 14h long haul.

The planes will be Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner with 3 rows in a 2-3-2 layout.
The flights will be NH 232 and NH 231.

I already know that it is better to take an aisle seat so that I can walk and stretch a little from time to time.
I was thinking of choosing the last row because I prefer to be the one who is disturbed rather than the one who disturbs other passengers with the seat recline.
Even though the bulkhead seats give more space for the legs, I don't really like the fact that the screens are in the seats, I think it would force me into an even worse position.
So my choices would be rather seats 17C, 17D, 17G or 17H.

What do you think ? I also read that they have the same recline as the other seats.

And another question : if I have seat 17C or 17H and there is no one next to me (window seat 17A or 17K), am I allowed to sit on that seat, or at least temporarily ?

Thanks a lot in advance !
