So why do some many of you still do it? Why do you throw away good money on such a p___ poor excuse for an airline? There's so much better out there, especially when flying east.
You break promises - we just soldier on. The question is why did you choose to fly them having, according to you, flounced out the door promising never to return. Actually, I cannot remember the incident but then I really only remember important things that impact on my life or the lives of those that I love; thus I will take your word. Had you not mentioned it; I would have been none the wiser.
Many years ago I used to champion BA and recommend them to family/friends/colleagues but BA now isn't even a shadow of its former self - it's completely unrecognisable except for the name on the side of the aircraft.
Yes, there has been a little matter of a pandemic (see! I do remember things!), and entire reorganisation of cabin crew crew at BA, a new CEO at BA, several Prime Ministers, a Government and lots of other things.

So this time when we say never again, it really will be never again.
Until next time. I am unsure if this the royal "we" or is Mrs WeleaseBwian joining in? Either way - as you both recover from the sheer hell that we masochistically enjoy so much that some of us have had the Christmas Dinner 8 (maybe it is 9 now - its all go here). Pardon me if I do not join you but I usually save my best histrionics for the people who are paid to read it at British Airways. Quite what we can do about it is unclear but never mind - have a lovely big Gin and Tonic in an unchipped glass and you'll feel ever so much better.

Adios Amor - Go with God this Christmas.
