Price, benefits and a higher percentage of good flights / good crews comparing to bad ones. Also, sometimes (especially going west) the grass in not greener elsewhere and screw-up like the ones you experienced can happen on a lot of other airlines. I flew TK LH in 2023, after 2 years from the last LH with them, and the service wasn't good at all.
Out of curiosity, did you report all the issues to BA?
