I'll update the relevant thread a bit later today, but I can see about 32 BA shorthaul departures cancelled tomorrow (and a similar number of arrivals). BA866 to BUD is one such cancellation.

I would indeed find a BA agent in Soho/Greenwich lounges to assist, but in theory an AA agent can do the same. If you don't mind the extra hop, there are options with availability tomorrow via MUC on Lufhansa (LHR depart 11:10) and via VIE on Austrian (depart 12:05), both have ticketing arrangements with BA.
