On reflection the sale hardly affects it as you say it’s been around before, but at £2.40 - £2.70 per TP depending on your hotel choice, I think it’s a good option. I took advantage of it earlier this year, loved Bangkok, and your money goes much farther in that part of the world than it does in the US. Plus, there’s only so many times I can go to SFO / LAX / LAS.
Fortunately I have work across the US, so the longer routings are convenient, but I use the BAH aspect for a rental car opposed to hotel - so it does add a cost (even if it's covered by my clients).
I'll be in Asia and the ME far more in 2025, so the BKK routing might work if I can fiddle with it.

The F routing, when available, started as JER-LHR-PHL-PHX and JER-LHR-PHL-SAN with the transatlantic legs in F.
I swapped both for JER-LHR-JFK-SFO-LAX-PHX/SAN with the transatlantics and US legs in F too.
