it is certainly a backward step because I had to tell the member of staff who went to a machine on the wall and entered my order – exactly what I used to do on my own device. So it’s become more long-winded and involved more people. More expensive!
It’s a backwards step as it introduces additional scope for human error, as happened recently to me when the lady forgot to put my order through. By the time I reminded her I had to leave the lounge to board before the food was ready.
