Anyone have experience with getting payed out compensation to Europe?

Long story short our flight in July'22 from Canada to Europe was very delayed.
Air Canada refused compensation.

Took the case to CTA in September 22
As soon as the case was picked up for review in November 24 I get an reply from Air Canada that they will give me compensation. $4000CAD in total

I gave them my bank detail(iban and swift/Bic). On 3rd December 24 they confirm that the payment has been processed.
But I have still not received anything.
Contacted Air Canada and they said the transfer will take 6-8 weeks.

That seems like a very long time for a money transfer, if its already processed as they claim?

Anyone with experience?
