Yes I have seen this and there is discussion in the DL forum. I think the capacity excuse is a lame one and the real reason is that AFKL doesn't want to pay for this. The AFKL lounge is BOS being very mediocre and clearly their worst lounge in north America, there was a huge risk of massive migration of their pax to the nice DL lounge. So AFKL would have to pay significant money to DL while still having to bear the cost of their own lounge.
