Well you could use the Chat feature to ask about this. But the issue that sometimes happens is if your stay in the App show either zero points earned or minus (due to it being a redemption). Zero points is what shows briefly when they are first credited and usually a few hours later it shows you have been credited with 3,400 points (or whatever) - this is when the Folio from the property is processed by Hilton's Salesforce system. At zero, no Stays or Nights are added, but they do come when the 3.400 points arrive. So if a stay is showing positive on Points then almost certainly the Stays and Nights have been correctly awarded.

However if you stay on redemption - you initially see something like -50,000 points and that is the cost of the redemption. That is the equivalent of zero, and at that point the Stay and Nights are not added. What normally follows is the full Folio updates from the property and this will perhaps include the 1,000 MyWay benefit and any F&B credit. So go to the stays concerned, and look at the breakdown here. You should - at the very minimum - show the current 2,500 point addition for the Q3 and Q4 promotion, which I assume you signed up for. If you did then even redemption stays get those 2,500 points, and so will credit to the stay, and with it trigger the Stays and Nights, even if nothing else does. If it just says -50,000 then that's the property which hasn't properly credited.
