You absolutely can. If the hotel still believes it's a valid charge, any chargeback reported to the Hilton Honors Fraud Protection team will result in at minimum an account suspension until the chargeback is cancelled or paid back.
Turns out in the few cases I needed to dispute the hotel did not think it was valid either

Never any issues w/ Hilton. Yeah, if you start disputing stuff that is open to interpretation - that's tricky.
