Months ago, this just happened the way it should. Now, there's no automatic refund as far as I can see, and it can take weeks to get any response from these people at all.
Unless someone maybe has a good email address or phone number to contact for the refund?
I cancelled one Dec 11 and got an automatic refund.
The only time I had to contact them regarding a refund was late October when I needed to cancel the same day as the reservation while the res system was down. I called the number in the email and they took care of the cancellation and said the refund might take a couple weeks to show up. The refund showed up within a day of the booking system recovering. The number I called is the -2911 number listed at the very bottom of this page:

I recall seeing the booking system being flaky again within the past week or two, so did you get caught in that? The few times I've had to call them (both the shuttle line and reservation line) I've gotten through right away. They do respond to the email address on the same page, but it can take a few days. It will leave a documentation trail for you though.
