Got off phone with customer service and she said she can't do anything for me.

Note- When I bought the $100 UA travel bank , I received an email under description - travel bank cash
Have you checked the meter for the TB purchases? If the meter moves, then the purchases have triggered the credit automatically. It takes a few days for the credit to actually show up on your account. I currently don't have any reason to believe TB won't work as long as you purchased it for yourself at $100 increments (vs. "gift"). I have seen some positive reports as recently as last week.
