It’s explicitly addressed in the access policy FAQ on the page you linked. Assuming this is in fact true Delta One, rather than domestic first class:

I received a complimentary upgrade to Delta One. Am I eligible to access the lounge?
  • Yes, you are eligible to access the Delta One Lounge if you have a confirmed Delta One seat at time of Delta One Lounge check-in.
