I hope it does not disappoint IMH. I found that near nothing was too much trouble. I have good status with IHG (Diamond, RA, IC etc) and they do very much seem to respect that, more than most locations. It was a genuine surprise and special experience. Double unusual for me is that we used the dining options in house way more than normal and found them all very good. If you do find anything does not meet expectations then certainly speak with management there .... they are highly responsive, especially their FOM who is usually desked at the LHS of main reception.
