Got a VM from the Manager saying "Honey, there is nothing I can do for you. You can rebook the room at the higher rate". She seriously called me "Honey" on a voicemail.
In the meantime, I must state... I truly do feel like the Diamond Desk is on my side, and they have promised to resolve this and find a room at the original rate.
Anything new? Look forward to see updates on this as it has reached the realm of ridiculous from a customer perspective.
